As part of the Advisory Programme for Think Tank Leaders, OTT will support PEP in strengthening its financial sustainability. Through a tailored advisory process, OTT will help PEP assess its current budgeting practices, explore sector-wide formats and approaches, and develop a roadmap for cost-efficient project monitoring and risk management.
The advisory includes scenario-building for organisational budgets, reviews of past proposal budgets, and the development of simple monitoring processes for cost efficiency. The engagement draws on OTT’s 15+ years of global experience advising think tanks.
