OTT Consulting Ltd is supporting Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support (WINGS) on the development of a “Playbook of Practices”. This Playbook is intended to offer practical insights for policymakers and philanthropy actors on how to establish and maintain effective policy environments for the philanthropic sector.
The objective of the project is to design and deliver a Playbook of Practices featuring 10 global case studies that illustrate how national governments have successfully improved the enabling environment (EE) for philanthropy through two primary mechanisms: effective regulation and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
